Rajesh Wunnava is a product and technology operations leader with Amazon/Ring with over two decades of experience launching multimillion dollar consumer businesses, business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and global enterprise technology applications. In his current role, he is responsible for driving customer experience, delivery promise and operating income.  Recently, he leads the customer experience product and technology team at Amazon/Ring focused on personalized self-service customer experiences, improved customer associate productivity, and  enabling top-line revenue through support for new business models.

Prior to joining AWS in 2019, he served as VP, Product- personalization & insights at Nielsen/Gracenote for four years and was responsible for driving $40M in new revenue through new products. He pioneered and launched SaaS and data products such as Gracenote Segments (Brand Profiles), Real-time viewership insights, and first Netflix content insights. Earlier in his career, he served as Sr. Director, Product and Technology at Warner Music Group where he spent 13 years managing a diverse portfolio of products including content monetization, master data management, global supply chain, accounting and financial, sales/marketing insights, and enterprise integration services. He played an instrumental role in product and supply chain integration, and go-to-market on 200 digital platforms of $650M acquisition of EMI/Parlophone Label Group.

Michael has two decades of experience in aerospace and software, spanning public and private sectors in both consulting and product companies. He served as Planet’s Director of Mission Control, operating dozens of spacecraft with a small, internationally-distributed team. He retains deep expertise in DevOps and high-stakes operational efficiency. Currently, Michael leads the technical practices and solutions divisions of 1904labs. His published works include federal rocket regulations and research on autonomous orbital assembly.
