1904labs is Committed to the St. Louis Community

1904labs recently made a $1,000 donation to the St. Louis Area Foodbank, the charity of choice for Bob Gustafson with TKC Holdings, who attended the talk "Building Better Software with HCDAgile" presented by John Royle and Carol Righi at Gateway to Innovation.

At this session, 1904labs asked participants to take part in a brief survey to help us better understand the St. Louis Market. Bob was selected the winner of the Human-Centered Design Agile Survey. 1904labs is committed to understanding the market as well as giving back to the community, and we were excited to do both with this survey.

“The Foodbank is thrilled that 1904labs created this opportunity, and that Bob selected us as his charity of choice", Mike Zolezzi, the Individual Gifts Manager with the St. Louis Area Foodbank said.

The St. Louis Area Foodbank is an organization that relies on the generosity of others to make a difference in the lives of those in need of food assistance. Over the years, they have grown to become the bi-state region’s largest non-profit 501(c)(3) food distribution charity dedicated to feeding those in need.

For every $1 donated to the foodbank, they are able to provide 4 meals.

Summertime can be a struggle for many households as children no longer have access to meals being provided at school.  This donation alone will provide 4,000 meals in the bi-state area. For more information on the St. Louis Area Foodbank, please visit: www.stlfoodbank.org
