Transcript

We're adopting the book The 7 Habits because if you embrace these habits, these principles, we can have no other way but be successful.

Because you'll you'll understand what it is to be a good teammate.

Culture is a complicated thing, in some ways, you know, but really when you distill it down it's how people treat each other in the company.

You know, it's how people behave every day.

You know if you think about what Covey's done with The 7 Habits, he's incorporated thoughts from a lot of other people into seven easy to understand and easy to implement, not easy to implement in terms of it's challenging, but they're not complicated.

And so then if you just follow this script, and if you just understand the habits, the first three that are about getting control yourself, the private victories, and then the next three that are about public victories and teaming and working with others, and then the overarching one which would be consistent with our work-life balance, you know sharpening the saw.

I mean it really does give you a handbook for how you want to live your life.
